  • Healthy: Normal state (Duration: Permanent)
  • Poisoned: Reduces own max HP permanently by 10% per defeated enemy. (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Plant Poison: Loses 1 LP per (ingame-) hour (Duration: Permanent)
  • Zombie Poison: Prevents HP healing/regeneration (Duration: Permanent)
  • Unconscious (KO): Prevents all actions (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Drunk: Reduces SK, increases Power (Duration: While awake)
  • Tipsy: Reduces SK, increases Mana (Duration: While awake)
  • Burned Out: Prevents casting spells (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Broken Arm: Limits to one normal melee attack (Duration: Permanent)
  • Broken Leg: Prevents "Escape" and "Run" actions (Duration: Permanent)
  • Cursed: Various effects (Duration: Permanent)
  • Holy: Immune to Light magic (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Undead: HP healing becomes HP damage (Duration: Permanent)
  • Frozen: Prevents all actions (Duration: 1 round)
  • Petrified: Prevents all actions, makes character invulnerable (Duration: Permanent)
  • Sleep: Prevents all actions, SK=0 + Armor until hit/woken up
  • Immune (-Fire/Earth/Ice/Water/Wind/Lightning/Poison): (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Bloodberry Frenzy: SK +3 (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Lime Frenzy: -10 Damage / +10 Power (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Cherry Blossom Frenzy: +20 Mana (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Floating: Protects from damage from certain spells (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Chaos: Prevents active control (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Weakened: Reduced SK (Duration: 1 battle)
  • Dead: Game over.

Healing spells in Ataraxia draw power from the concept of the "Holy," classified under White or Light Magic.

Lv6 Anti Priest 5 Prevents permanent status effects (for one battle)
Lv5 Soft Medic / Priest 12 Cures petrification ("Petrified" status)
Lv5 Serum Medic / Priest 10 Cures plant poisoning ("Plant Poison" status)
Lv5 Recovery Medic / Priest 10 Heals severe injuries ("Broken Arm"/"Broken Leg")
Lv4 Purification Priest 14 Removes all poison effects from everyone nearby
Lv10 Grace Priest 15 Holy light cures all poisons and fully heals HP (Mana + 20 x Healing Level)
Lv20 Divine Rain Priest 15 Healing rain, restores 50% of max HP to all allies
Lv20 Equilibrium Priest 15 Balances out mana among all creatures on the battlefield, sharing total mana equally
Lv25 Requiem Priest 15 Increases all allies' HP by 100 each time it's casted (for one battle)

To become a Medic and learn the necessary spells/skills, you must study at a monastery and earn a certification.
